This young woman underwent a rhinoplasty otherwise known as a nose job in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Her main concerns were related to the deviation or crookedness of the nose from the front and the bump on the bridge from the profile. She also felt the nose was a bit long.  A closed or endonasal rhinoplasty was performed to reduce the hump and straighten the nose. After photos show a nose that is now straight with a softer more feminine bridge.  There has been also some minimal rotation of the tip. Correcting a deviated nose can be one of the most challenging problems for the plastic surgeon performing rhinoplasty. Generally a patient can expect improvement but not a perfectly straight nose.
